Shipping and Replacement Policy

SHIPPING

• Delivery times typically range from 5 to 7 business days. Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)

• Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address.  Biblical Women Company is not responsible for lost or stolen items that show confirmed delivery by the carrier.

• Please Note: We only ship to the continental U.S.

REPLACEMENTS

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Biblical Women Company does not accept returns or give refunds.  We have a REPLACEMENT ONLY policy.

​

• Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for all replacements.  Return shipping cost will be refunded.  Replacements are only provided for damaged items. 

​

• The returned items must be placed inside their original packaging or a shipping box.

​

• Damaged items are accepted for an exchange complete with their original packaging.  You must return the item and it has to show post marked for an exchange up to 3 days after delivery.  Once we receive and approve the exchange request based on its condition, we will process a replacement.  If for any reason an item is received damaged, you must take a picture of the damaged item and email it to biblicalwomenco@gmail.com within 3 days from delivery.

WHAT TO INCLUDE WITH YOUR RETURN

• Your name, address, phone number, and a note indicating the request for a replacement.

• A copy of your original receipt and a copy of your return postage fee.  Biblical Women Company will refund your replacement shipping fee for standard shipping only.  Biblical Women Company will not reimburse expedited return shipping cost.
